2) Chew thoroughly
This allows your body to pre-digest food with your body's brilliant specific secretions. Your stomach loves it when you do this!
3) Be with your food
Pay attention to the experience of eating, the flavors, the textures, the experience of satisfaction. Unfortunately, when we read, watch videos, or drive while eating, our body goes into a stress response (sympathetic response) which short-circuits our ability to digest.
